Principles
of
Selection
|
1、For precision processing the abrasive with small grains should be
chosen and for rough process- in the abrasive with bigger grains should be
used.
2、The abrasive
should not be over big when used for processing small workpieces while the abrasive should not be too small for processing large workpieces.
3、The
hardness of the abrasive should be decided
according to the efficiency of processing and polishing consumption.
4、For
processing the workpieces with holes or troughs,
the abrasive should be 1.5 times large than the holes or troughs while the
small abrasive should be 1/3 smaller than the holes or troughs.
5、The
proportion of the abrasive and workpieces should be
2:1-5:1 and be adjusted according to rough or precision processing. |
